THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1307 of 2014 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/1st defendant, assailing the order, dated 05.03.2014, of the learned Senior Civil Judge, At Jangaon, Warangal District, passed in C.M.A.No.10 of 2013. The said civil miscellaneous appeal is filed assailing the order, dated 07.11.2013, of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Jangaon, passed in I.A.No.356 of 2013 in O.S.No.175 of 2013.

There is no representation for the petitioner/1st defendant. 3.

The Registry of the Court brings to the notice of the Court that the trial Court informed that the suit itself is disposed of on 23.08.2017. 4.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
