Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the State of Andhra Pradesh. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed with the following relief: "...to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not fixing the rate of admission for the Petitioner theatre as per the application as illegal, null, void and arbitrary."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the case on hand is covered by the Common Order, dated 31.10.2016, passed by this Court in a batch of Writ Petitions viz., W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and Batch, read with W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014, dated 13.04.2017. 4.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that the said relief can be granted only if the petitioner-theatre, consisting of four screens, is put to use as on today.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner-theatre is in running condition and there is no

CPK,J WP_18063_2017 dispute with regard to the submission made by the learned Government Pleader.

In view of the above submissions, the present Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Common Order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and Batch read with W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014, dated 13.04.2017. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
