This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners, for grant of bail in Crime No.624 of 2018 of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC and Section 5 of Andhra Pradesh Protection of Depositors Financial Establishment Act, 1999.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it has come up that so far, there is no accusation against the petitioners. Under these circumstances, the police concerned shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioners including arrest.
