Learned counsel for petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file appeal before the 5th respondent.

Permission is granted and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the 5th respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that on such appeal being preferred, the 5th respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of one month thereafter. No order as to costs.
