THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.24 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C, the petitioners/accused seek to transfer C.C.No.653 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nalgonda to any other Judicial Magistrate of First Class Court in the jurisdiction of Hyderabad. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the letter, dated 29.06.2018 of Sub Inspector of Women Police Station, Nalgonda District, and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 02.06.2014, and therefore, the petition seeking to transfer C.C.No.653 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nalgonda to any other Judicial Magistrate of First Class Court in the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

No representation for learned counsel for petitioners. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
