Heard Ms. K. Praveena Reddy for petitioners and Mr. Vinod Kumar for respondents.

This Court is not examining the merits of the grievance of petitioners against the manner of laying high tension power line through Sy.Nos.154 and 272 of Kandukur Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Counsel for petitioners substantially confined her submission with a prayer to direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 08.10.2016 sent through First Flight Courier. 4.

Mr. Vinod Reddy submits that the third respondent will consider and dispose of the representation dated 08.10.2016. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by this order. The third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of representation dated 08.10.2016 within a week from today and communicate a decision taken in this behalf to petitioners. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
