This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 372 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner -accused No.3 to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.7352 of 2019 pending on the file of learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471of Indian Penal Code. 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has died.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as abated.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
