This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not issuing E pass books for the land to an extent of Ac.2.06 guntas in Survey No.642/1/1A, situated at Nennel Shivar of Nennel Mandal, Mancherial District, even though the petitioner is having pattadar passbooks, while considering the applications dated 04.09.2019, 23.12.2019 and 20.01.2020, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondents to issue pattedar dharani pass books along with Rythu Bandu cheques to the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that he filed applications on 04.09.2019, 23.12.2019 and 20.01.2020 before the authorities concerned for issuance of E pass books in respect of the subject land, but till date no orders are passed on the said applications.

Having regard to the same, and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to issue E passbooks for the land to an extent of Ac.2.06 guntas in Survey No.642/1/1A, situated at Nennel

Shivar of Nennel Mandal, Mancherial District, in favour of the petitioner, by considering the applications filed by him, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
