HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.1728 OF 2019 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioners is that the Sub-Registrar, Medchal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, is not considering their representation dated 23.11.2018.

Perusal of the said representation reflects that the petitioners referred to the pending litigation in relation to the land admeasuring Ac.26-14 guntas in Sy.No.1067 and 1068 situated at Medchal proper in Medchal Mandal in Ranga Reddy District and requested the Sub-Registrar not to entertain any documents in relation to the said land. Sri Gumma Umapathi Sastry, learned counsel for the petitioners, is unable to demonstrate before this Court as to how the Sub-Registrar would be empowered to act upon the representation dated 23.11.2018 and refrain from entertaining and registering documents relating to this land. Unless a duty is cast upon the Sub-Registrar to consider a representation of this nature, the petitioners cannot assert any right to have their representation considered by way of a Writ of Mandamus. The Writ Petition is utterly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
