HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.39018 of 2013 ORDER:

Petitioner owns a piece of land to an extent of Ac.0.03 cents in Survey No.59 B1/B1 of Kadapa Sahar, Kadapa. Petitioner avers that some persons were found starting construction in the land owned by the petitioner. Petitioner complained to the local police alleging that illegal occupation and possession of the property by somebody over the property owned by the petitioner. Such complaint was made on 24.12.2013 to the Station House Officer, II town Police Station, Cuddapah. It was also sent through registered post.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that so far crime is not registered and investigated into and seeks for disposal of the writ petition directing the concerned to consider the complaint filed by the petitioner and take an appropriate decision.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Station House officer, II Town Police Station, Kadapa, Y.S.R. District (3rd respondent) to consider the complaint filed by the petitioner on 24.12.2013. If the 3rd respondent is of the view that the allegations made by the petitioner is cognizable, he shall take appropriate further action as warranted by law.

A decision taken by him shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
