When the matter has come up for hearing on 22.03.2016, learned counsel for respondent reported that the appellant No.1 died in the year 2010 and appellant No.2 died in the year 2012 and no steps have been taken to bring their legal representatives on record. Therefore, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Second Appeal shall stand dismissed.
