SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.458 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, seeking to enlarge the petitioner, who is A1, on bail in Crime No.275 of 2017 on the file of Hasanparthy Police Station, Warangal. The offences alleged are under Section 306 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in jail since long and that the investigation is almost completed.

The public prosecutor brings to the notice of this Court that earlier bail application filed by the petitioner before this Court in Crl.P.No.24559 of 2017 was dismissed after considering the merits of the case. A perusal of the said order shows, while granting bail to A2 to A4, this Court declined to grant bail to A1 considering that grave and specific allegations are alleged against A1.

Hence, in view of the above, this Court opines that it is not a fit case to grant bail.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, in this case shall stand closed.
