THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.24129 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed assailing the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not considering the petitioner's representations to give permission to the petitioner to conduct memorial meeting of Late Sri Tarimela Nagireddy and Late Sri Devulapalli Venkateshwara Rao on 31.07.2016 at 5.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. at Abnus Function Hall, L.B. Nagar, Warangal, Warangal District.

2. The Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents has produced proceeding dt.28.07.2016 of the 2nd respondent refusing permission for conduct of such meeting by giving certain reasons.

3. In view of the same, granting liberty to the petitioner to assail the said proceedings, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
