HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.1668 of 2020 ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file explanation before the respondents.

Permission is granted and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file explanation before the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that on such explanation being filed, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. Till the final orders are passed by the respondents, the petitioner shall not be dispossessed from the shop, where he is doing business. No order as to costs.
