This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the inaction of respondent No.1 in considering and disposing of Revision filed on 11.09.2019 against the orders of respondent No.2 vide proceedings Rc.No.E2/2535/2015, dated 13.06.2015, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the stay petition or revision within a reasonable time and in the meanwhile direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land admeasuring Ac.10-00 guntas in Sy.No.282/3/2, situated at Narayanapuram Village, Aswaraopet Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners filed revision petition under Section 166 (C) of A.P (TA) Land Revenue Act, 1317 F (for short, 'the Act') along with stay petition against the order, dated 13.06.2019, passed by the 2nd respondent and till date no orders are being passed in the stay petition or in the revision. He further submits that pursuant to the impugned order, the respondents are trying to evict the petitioners from the subject land.

Having regard to the same, and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of stay petition/revision filed under Section 166 (C) of the Act, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, status quo obtaining as on today with regard to possession shall be maintained by both parties.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 28th January, 2020 YVL
