M/S. Rajadhani Restaurant And Bar v. The Commissioner
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.16767 OF 2009 DATED 15TH SEPTEMBER, 2015 Between:
M/s. Rajadhani Restaurant & Bar ... Petitioner and The Commissioner, Prohibition & Excise of A.P. and others ... Respondents
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.16767 OF 2009
O R D E R
The grievance of the petitioner was that its application for issuance of a licence in Form-2B to run a bar and restaurant at a particular premises was not being considered owing to the pendency of the shifting application filed by a third party. By order dated 17.08.2009, this Court directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's application pending disposal of the writ petition. It is now stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that pursuant to the interim order, the application of the petitioner was considered and permission was accorded as sought for. In the light of this development, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits.
The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs. ____________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J 15th SEPTEMBER, 2015 Svv
