This appeal is preferred by the complainant as against the orders passed by IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chittoor in C.C.No.250 of 2007 discharging the accused under Section 245(1) Cr.P.C. Since the said order is not an appealable one, the present appeal is not maintainable.
