This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in issuing the Suspension Order and Charge Sheet dated 08.12.2003, Vide No.01/114(2)/03-RJNR, on false charge memo No.306190, dated 27.11.2003, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to law.
No representation is made on behalf of the petitioner on 23.03.2016.
Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - T.S.R.T.C. is present. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
