28.02.2023 Dr.CSL, J I.A.No.1 of 2023 This is an application filed seeking the Court to extend the time for surrender and to produce insolvency.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pre arrest bail was granted in favour of the petitioners through orders in Criminal Petition No.662 of 2023 dated 13.02.2023 and the petitioners were directed to surrender within 10 days from the date of order. But as the petitioners being farmers could not secure solvency, therefore, could not surrender, seeks for extension of time.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor did not raise any objection for extension of time as prayed for.

Hence, time to surrender is extended till 14.03.2023.
