It is represented by the counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of the interim order of this Court dated 23.09.2OO8 the respondents did not interfere in respect of petitioner's possession over the petitioner's plot admeasuring 111.11 sq. yards, bearing Plot No. l5O, Sy.No. 343 and 344 situated at Chilimilla Village, Pebber Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District and that the petitioner also completed the construction of the house in the year 20OB and is in possession and enjoyment of the same. 2.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that there is no interference by the respondents in the petitioner's peaceful possession and petitioner's plot admeasuring 111.11 sq. yards, bearing Plot No. 150, no further orders are necessa-ry.

The counsel for the petitioner further says that liberty shall be given to the petitioner to approach this Court in the even respondents interfere u,ith petitioner's possession again. Under these circumstances, the Writ Petition is closed. There is no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
