This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the notice dated 15.07.2016 issued by respondent No.2 (Lr.No.SE/O/SAO/JAO/HT/D.No.274/2016), as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Energy (TG) and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for both parties submitted that no cause of action survives in this writ petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, no purpose will be served by keeping the writ petition pending.
