Learned counsel for the petitioners, on the instructions of his clients to withdraw the Writ Petition, filed a letter, dated 01.10.2018, before the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh Writ Petition on the same cause of action, where it is expedient.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
