This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of the 2nd respondent in conducting proceedings since 2017 pursuant to File No.B/2212/2017 in accordance with law.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that inspite of issuance of notice, the writ petitioner and others did not appear before the Tahsildar, as such again notices were issued on 27-01-2020 fixing the date on 15-02-2020 for passing orders.
In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner in the above file, in accordance with law, within a period of four
(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
