Heard Sri Dasari S.V.V.S.V.Pradad for petitioners and Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents.

On 07-11-2016 at request of respondents, the writ petition was adjourned to today. In spite of granting sufficient time, the respondents have not sent instructions to the Assistant Government Pleader. This Court, having regard to the orders already passed in this behalf in W.P.No.39888 of 2015, dated 09.12.2015, disposes the instant writ petition by following the decision in Writ Petition No. 39888 of 2015 dated 09.12.2015, with a direction to 2nd respondent to consider for release of the seized vehicles. The petitioners are permitted to make application to 2nd respondent for release of the seized vehicles. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider representation and pass appropriate orders as per G.O.Ms.No.3, Industries and Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 08.01.2015 as amended by G.O.Ms.No. 5, Industries & Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 19.02.2015 for release of the seized vehicles, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of application.
