Sri T.Mahender Rao, learned Standing Counsel, appearing on behalf of the appellant - Insurance Company, filed a letter dated 14.12.2018, in the Registry, seeking permission to withdraw this Appeal. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Motor Accidents Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The appellant shall deposit the entire compensation amount in terms of the award, dated 30.04.2013, passed by the IV Additional District Judge (FTC), Khammam, to the credit of M.V.O.P. No.1017 of 2006 within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The amount already deposited shall be given credit. On such deposit, the 1st respondent/claimant is entitled to withdraw the said amount, as per the award dated, 30.04.2013.
