Mr.M.Vidyasagar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 , placed on record, the instructions dated 3-3-2015 received from the respondent corporation stating that the request of the petitioners was considered favourably as per the agreed terms and in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
