HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CONTEMPT CASE No.1085 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner with a prayer to punish the respondent for willful violation and disobedience of order of this Court, dated 18.10.2016, passed in W.P. No.31685 of 2016. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP No.31685 of 2016, dated 18.10.2016, has been complied with. In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous petition filed in this contempt case shall also stand disposed of.
