The learned Advocate for the petitioner filed a letter dated 24.10.2016 before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court stating that the petitioner is of the opinion that with better grounds and additional particulars, a fresh revision is to be filed after seeking leave to withdraw the present revision petition and reserving liberty to file a fresh revision with additional and better particulars, and therefore, the revision petition may be posted for withdrawal for passing appropriate orders.

Having regard to the contents of the letter, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to file a fresh revision petition with better and additional particulars.
