For the reasons explained in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the I.A. is ordered directing the petitioner to execute a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) with two sureties for like sum each as per the order dated 07.02.2025 within two weeks from today.
