HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK W.P.No.30228 of 2014 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that aggrieved by the interlocutory order dated 04.03.2013 passed in O.A.No.58 of 2013 by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, the present writ petition has been filed.
Smt L.Pranati Reddy, learned counsel, representing G.Praveen Kumar, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India, appearing for the petitioners had informed this Court that the main O.A itself was disposed of by the Tribunal and hence,
the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as in fructuous. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
