Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents 6 and 7.

Both the counsel submit that the applications filed by the petitioners as well as the respondents 6 and 7 seeking regularisation of subject land in Sy.No.14 of Guttala Begumpet, Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy District are pending and sought for disposal of the same. Counter is also filed.

Learned counsel for the respondents 6 and 7 submits that petitioners have not made any prayer to consider their application for regularisation whereas the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have already filed application.

Since the applications filed by the petitioners as well as the respondents 6 and 7 are stated to be pending before the authorities, it is for the authorities to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the applications of the petitioners as well as the respondents and also objections if any filed thereto, after issuing notice to the parties and take a decision thereon in accordance with law.

With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 25.10.2016 dv
