HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36758 OF 2015 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleaders for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation dated 31.07.2015 made by the petitioner seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.2.00 guntas in Survey No.665/1 of Devara Yamzal Village situated at Shamirpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the circumstances stated above, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make suitable application, if not already made, in which event, the concerned authority shall consider the application and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of making such application or from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as the case may be. No costs.
Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
