The party-in-person seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to convert the Writ Petition as a Public Interest Litigation, since he is not an aggrieved person in order to maintain the present Writ Petition. Granting liberty, as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
