OFFICE NOTE 22.04.2026 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2026 This application is filed by the petitioner to relax the conditions imposed by this Court vide order, dated 28.01.2026 in Crl.P.No.585 of 2026. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the directions of this Court, the petitioner has been appearing before the Investigating Officer concerned. The same is not disputed learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Considering the above, the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Monday between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or till the filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier, is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before Investigating Officer concerned as and when required.

Accordingly, the application is ordered.
