Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned counsel for respondent.

This Revision is filed challenging the proclamation of sale dt.08-11-2019 issued in E.P.No.41 of 2015 in O.S.No.306 of 2011 on the file of the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, is not maintainable since the proclamation of sale is obviously issued pursuant to the order passed in the E.P., which orders have not been challenged.

Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
