For the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, the condition of appearance by the petitioner/Accused before the Bhongir Rural Police Station on every Saturday between 10.30 a.m to 1.30 p.m imposed in the order dated 31.01.2022 in Crl.P.No.530 of 2022, is hereby, relaxed.

However, the petitioner/accused shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

Accordingly, the I.A. is ordered.
