OFFICE NOTE 20.02.2025 SKS, J I.A.No.1 OF 2025 (ON BEING MENTIONED) This application is filed praying this Court to rectify the order passed in Crl.P.No.776 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025 by correcting the typographical mistake occurred in condition No.i of paragraph No.6, i.e., "Station House Officer, Excise Police Station, Narayanguda, Hyderabad", instead of, "Station House Officer, Kazipet Police Station, Warangal District". Having being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the application is ordered.

In view thereof, in the condition No.i of paragraph No.6 of the order dated 29.01.2025 made in Crl.P.No.776 of 2025 the name of the Police Station is inserted as "Station House Officer, Kazipet Police Station, Warangal District" in place of "Station House Officer, Excise Police Station, Narayanguda, Hyderabad".

Accordingly, the application is ordered.
