O R D E R

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 483 (1) (b) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') to reduce the personal bond from Rs.20,000/- to Rs.5,000/- and sureties for all petitioners by modifying the order, dated 12.12.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.5916 of 2025 on the file of learned Special Judge for Trial of offences under SCs&STs(POA) Act-cum-VI Additional Sessions Judge, Secunderabad.

2.

Vide order, dated 12.12.2025, learned Special Judge for SCs&STs(POA) Act-cum-VI Additional Sessions Judge, Secunderabad enlarged the petitioners-accused Nos.2, 3, 5 to 8, 10 and 11 on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest by the investigating officer/SHO, PS Bowenpally on execution of their respective personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each. 3.

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.2, 3, 5 to 8, 10 and 11 is that the de facto complainant and petitioners are family members; that they are property disputes between them and in view of civil disputes, the complainant lodged the present complaint against the petitioners and hence, he prays to reduce the surety amount.

4.

Having regard to the above and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioners/accused Nos.2, 3, 5 to 8, 10 and 11 shall enlarge on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest by the investigating officer/SHO, Ps Bowenpally on execution of their respective personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum each.

5.

The other conditions imposed by the learned Special Judge for Trial of offences under SCs&STs(POA) Act-cum-VI Additional Sessions Judge, Secunderabad, shall remain unaltered. 6.

With the above modification, the Criminal Petition is ordered.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
