Mrs. S.Nanda, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, filed WP MP No.34409 of 2015 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the legal remedy available to the petitioner.

WP MP No.34409 of 2015 is ordered and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
