HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT C.C. No.110 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Rajeshwara Rao and the learned Government Pleader (Home).

The contempt case is fled complaining disobedience of order dated 20.10.2017 in W.P. No.34773 of 2017. The Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the respondent herein has registered the FIR today, and the same is numbered as FIR No.8 of 2018. The registration of FIR, as is evident, apparently after the contempt case is filed, and information received by respondent. The respondent would have done better if he appreciated the timelines stipulated by this Court. On the submission of Government Pleader, the matter is not further perused by this Court. The delayed performance is merely noted and in future, if it recurs, the Court will be compelled to take action against respondent. The contempt case is closed accordingly. No order as to costs.
