THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1227 of 2016 O R D E R:

This Contempt Case has been filed alleging wilful and deliberate disobedience on the part of the respondent college in implementing the order dated 10.06.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P. No. 22104 of 2016 in Writ Petition No. 15945 of 2016. Sri Tarun G. Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent College, on instructions, submits that the respondent is always ready and willing to permit the students to pursue their studies, pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, but however, subject to the final outcome of the Writ Appeals filed by the College against the order complained of in this Contempt Case.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any shall also stand closed.
