ORDER

This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner /A.2, for grant of bail in Crime No. 1 of 2019 of Boinpalli Police Station, Rajanna Siricilla District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 324 read with 149 of IPC and Section 3(t )(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduied Tribes (PoA) Amendment Act 20 15 (for short 'the Act') 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State and perused the record.

The petitioner/A.2 was remanded. to judicial custody on 01.01.2019. This is a regular bail application. The material witnesses are examined. Under these circumstances, tJ:e petitioner lA.2 can be granted bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on some conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioner /A.2 is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand on$) with two sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Vemulavada- After release on bail, t}le petitioner/A.2 sha11 report before the Station House Officer, Boinpalli Police Station, Rajanna Siricilla District, on every Sunday between 09:00 A.M. and 10:00 A.M. till filing T of the charge sheet.
