THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.3413 of 2014 ORDER:

This civil revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the unsuccessful petitioner-plaintiff is directed against the order, dated 05.07.2014, of the learned V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, passed in IA.no.491 of 2014 in OS.no.1803 of 2012. When the revision is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of the Court that the afore-said suit itself was dismissed on 03.03.2017. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered view that no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
