THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.461 OF 2019 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.J by the , I petitioner/A2, to quash the proceedings against her in CC.No.29 19 of 2Ol8 on the hle of III Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar. The offences alleged against the petitioner is under Section 5O6 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. When the matter was listed on 01.11.2023 there was no representation on behalf of petitioner. As such, this Court directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Though, the matter is listed under caption for dismissal', to-day, none appeared for the petitioner. 3.
The case is of the year 2OI8. No interim order was granted by this Court when the case was filed in the year 2079. The stage of the CC in the trial Court is not known. 4.
In the said circumstances this Court is not inclined to keep the petition pending. Accordingly, the Criminal l :
Petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if cause survives.
