It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the suit out of which this Revision Petition arises has since been dismissed and that an appeal A.S.No.167 of 2015 has been preferred against the same before the IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Having regard to the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to raise the contentions raised in this Revision Petition in the said appeal. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
