ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"...to issue writ or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.4 and their subordinates in trying to evict the petitioners from their respective shops i.e. shop Nos.25, 26 and 28 at Gramapanchayat Complex, Kalluru (V&M) of Khammam District without issuing any notice and without following due process of law as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners in respect of their shop Nos.25, 26 and 28 of Gramapanchayat Complex, Kalluru (V&M) Khammam District, except in accordance with law." At the hearing, Sri M.M.M.Srinivas, learned counsel, representing Sri Kowturu Vinaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.No.50888 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
