Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Public Prosecutor.

During the course of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case giving liberty to them to file a fresh application as per law.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners to move a fresh application as per law as and when necessity arises. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
