This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 05.10.2017, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.28699 of 2017.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid order of this Court has been stayed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.157 of 2018 and batch vide order, dated 06.02.2018.
