Since the impugned order is an order rejecting the plaint and such orders are deemed decrees which are appealabe under Section 96 C.P.C., petitioner cannot assail the said order by way of Revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 2.

Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not maintainable granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal under Section 96 C.P.C. challenging rejection of the plaint. No costs. 3.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
