This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 407 OF Cr.P.C. to withdraw D.V.C.No.267 of 2015 pending on the file of IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, at Erramanzil and transfer the same to any other court at place where the petitioner is working. It is alleged that after filing of the petition, respondents 2 and 3 shifted their residence to Vizianagram and it is convenient to both parties to appear before the courts either at West Godavari District or at Vijayawada, Krishna District, if the above D.V.C. is withdrawn and transferred to any other court near West Godavari District or Vijayawada. Counsel for the respondents reported no objection to withdrawn this D.V.C.

pending on the file of IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, at Erramanzil and transferred the same to Judicial First Class Magistrate, Vizianagaram to try and dispose of the matter in accordance with law. In view of no objection reported by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Criminal Petition is withdrawn from the court of IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, at Erramanzil and transferred the same to the Judicial First Class Magistrate, at Vizianagaram. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
